Perhaps
symbolic of the constant fight for life because of his mother's
terminal disease, the artist finds inspiration in a poster advertising
a bull fight he saw during his last trip in the Fall of 2000 to Seville
in the South of Spain. The intense use of red verilion shows his
determination to offer mental support to his mother. |
